DESCRIPTION AND EVALUATION
Supervision
My supervision varied based on what project I was working on. I did have the freedom to work on my own on the website and social media accounts. Isaac would check the accounts periodically and we would meet and discuss what changes, if any, needed to be made. Isaac did a great job at giving advice and showing me how to do certain things on the website when I was having difficulties. He encouraged me to try new things and do what I thought looked good.

The supervision I got was helpful. Above the media aspects came the culture and language barrier. During my video production class this often became an issue. Isaac was incredibly helpful in the class. He often helped me come up with culturally reliant examples and helped me explain concepts when the students didn't understand specific words.
My Work

1. Video Production Class- I taught the Project Nomad from GNPI. Project Nomad is a Video Production course used to train people in the basics of Video Production so that they can create media content in their own language. My class met, on average, three times a week.
2. Website Design- I redid the Jubilee for Cambodia website as one of my main goals for my time in Cambodia. I also set up a blog account for the Barringer Family so they could send their updates out using a different format.
3. Social Media-I was in charge of updating the social media accounts for Jubilee for Cambodia. The first week of my internship I created an Instagram account. I worked to update the account when activities would go on at the center in hopes to give supporters a better idea of what was going on in Cambodia. I worked to increase the amount of followers on Instagram and likes on the Facebook page.
4. Misc. Videos- As well as helping the students complete their videos, I worked on several videos for the organization and its team members.
5. Misc. Photography- I was able to get updated pictures of the Students, Team, and activities going on at the center during my internship.
6. Photography Class- I had one student that met with me once a week for the first month and a half of my internship. I was able to teach her the basics of photography and how to use her camera.
